Siemens SKP15 Series is an electrohydraulic gas valve actuator designed for safety shut-off applications in industrial gas combustion systems. It operates with compatible Siemens VGx/VRx gas valves to provide reliable OPEN/CLOSED control.
The SKP15 actuator features slow valve opening and rapid closing to support safe gas shut-off. The valve closes automatically when the electrical power supply is interrupted, making the actuator suitable for gas burners, industrial boilers, and gas-fired heating systems.

Operating Principle
When electrical power is supplied, the hydraulic pump generates oil pressure to move the piston and gradually open the gas valve. When power is removed or interrupted, the valve closing spring returns the valve to its closed position. The closing time is less than one second.
